You'll have a chance to meet other training leaders/supervisors/specialists, operations managers, and related professionals in small group video conversations, surface the challenges emerging from this pandemic, and share and discuss ideas (including across groups) for alternative ways of moving towards common objectives in this crisis. We do ask that you be willing to share ideas with colleagues, and ideally to bring a thought on how to adapt company culture + employee training when in-person training is cancelled or not currently an option.
